Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager takes the overall responsibility for the development and the execution of the corporate Medtech Clinical & Digital Solutions marketing strategy and the genae corporate identity. This includes the responsibility for managing marketing and communication activities and taking the steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of genae.


  • Develop and execute a corporate marketing strategy in line with the corporate objectives;
  • Create and develop marketing and communication activities and assets to promote products and services
  • Management of online company and product communications via various channels
  • External/internal event strategy: from concept creation to hosting for internal events, as well as set up the exhibition or attendance at external events
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Prepare and adhere to marketing & event budgets;
  • Take the overall responsibility for the corporate brand management and identity, both externally and internally
  • Brief creative agencies and internal teams that create content to make sure they remain within these brand guidelines
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications;
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Qualifications / skills

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent business experience
  • Experience: at least three years of experience in a marketing position in the healthcare industry, by preference in clinical research and/or medical devices
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Master MS Office programs and other relevant applications
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, marketing automation and SEA/SEA
